I’ve come to really enjoy quality olive oil, especially flavored oil. I love to make a homemade crusty loaf of bread when company comes over, pour a few glugs of olive oil in a dish sprinkled with Maldon salt, and let people go to town. It’s so simple but insanely delicious!
Rosemary and Garlic Infused Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 10 oz extra virgin olive oil
- 4 clovews thinly sliced garlic
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Add oil to a pan with garlic and 4 sprigs of rosemary.
- Bring to a simmer and lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes, or until the garlic is light brown.
- Strain the oil with a fine mesh sieve then funnel into 2 glass bottles. Add a fresh sprig of rosemary in each bottle and enjoy!
