This is one of those go-to meals I make when I need dinner but don’t feel like cooking. It only requires 4 ingredients, all of which can be found at Trader Joe’s. It’s filling, healthy, and can be made in UNDER 15 minutes. Feel free to swap out the tofu for chicken or any other protein of your choice.
Tofu Veggie Stirfry
Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 packs Trader Joe's Baked Teriyaki or Sriracha Tofu
- 1 pack Trader Joe's Asian Vegetable Stir Fry mix
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Soyaki marinade
Instructions
- Cube the tofu and add to a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until slightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add vegetables to pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly browned and soft. Add rice, Soyaki, and tofu back to the pan. Mix to combine and serve!
