Tofu Veggie Stirfry

This is the best low-effort healthy dinner that comes together in under 15 minutes and is completely plant based.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 2 packs Trader Joe's Baked Teriyaki or Sriracha Tofu
  • 1 pack Trader Joe's Asian Vegetable Stir Fry mix
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Soyaki marinade

Instructions

  • Cube the tofu and add to a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until slightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add vegetables to pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly browned and soft. Add rice, Soyaki, and tofu back to the pan. Mix to combine and serve!
